I made Zafiro (2198) as a prototype. I made a garg-crossover character as the prototype for the female with scales, but I left that at work. But I did ask her if I could share the snake or dragon-like head to share and she said yes. If you wanted the other type of scales with the other gender, I'll leave you to hashing that out. :S
