I didn't mean any disrespect to the creator of that stamp, I just think Mr. Darcy is hot, no matter who plays him :) I mean, i really think it's the way the character acts that I really like: the stoic, grumpy yet secretly in love *sigh*

There was some debate with some friends about who should play Darcy when I drew the new darcy instead of Firth for this picture: [link] and I told them what I said above, it's the character, not just the actor :) you've got A&E miniseries, LDS version, 2005 version and 1940s version <-(definitely a must see too!)

and I thought I'd submit something now that I've joined: :iconpride-and-prejudice: technically I have drawn P&;P art before... they've just been crossover, lol!

There's a problem with this stamp... I'll fix it later. (the dashed line on 1940's darcy...)

The most ironic thing about checking this on Halloween is I'm sitting here dressed in what 90% of people thought was a Mr. Darcy costume. (the other 9% thought I was Thomas Jefferson/Alexander Hamilton, and I heard some other intersting ones too) I'll have to post pictures later.
