my I modified the live-action-character one to actor because that's what list I had made and didn't want to start over.
And then I modified the live-action one again because there totally needs to be a hottest-voice one! I mainly wanted to do the hottest voice one because I just LOVE David Ogden Stiers' voice but I couldn't think of a very handsome character he's done (Ratcliffe, Cogsworth, the one alien in Lilo...etc)

6. Kevin Michael Richardson (apparently this guy has a voice older than he is because his character's like Jolee from KotOR, Haru's dad in Avatar and Uncle Oswidge in Dave the Barbarian are all older characters. But he doesn't even look 40! His deep voice is impressive and pleasant, haha!)
5. Patrick Warburton (it's not just his voice, but his characters, always so great, tho I've only heard bits of his characters from Kim Possible and Family Guy... I generally love what I hear!)
4. David Ogden Stiers ("It's MINE boys, MINE me that gold!" wonderful singing voice through several Disney movies, that and the fact I loved him as Charles from MASH helps too. If there was a musical episode of Stargate Atlantis I would hope they'd bring Oberon back.)
3. Liam Neeson (What can I say, whether he's voicing a documentary or a character, I enjoy it. Tho the dad in Ponyo seemed odd... but I guess it's because the character seemed so.. feminine? yeah... I don't watch a lot of Anime.)
2. John Rhys-Davies (Macbeth, Gimli, even Aladdin's dad, he just makes those characters so AWESOME and handsome!!)
1. Raphael Sbarage (namely love him for Carth but did enjoy listening to him be a wormy character in Voyager or even a very minor character in Avatar! I'd love to hear him voice more. He makes appearances in live-action shows but he always seems to play pathetic guys
so I enjoy hearing him voice animated characters!

Governor Ratcliffe was always much hotter in looks than in voice( to me). Peculiar face( especially his famouse nose!), beautiful silky raven hair, broad shoulders.
