AatS- Hurry up and Wait

I said I thought it would be fun to make a states based comic based on *humon's Scandinavia and the World?

So I've come up with some comic ideas and I wanted to post some introductory comics first. This is Maryland's introduction. More true of eastern Marylanders, they're very aggressive and pushy drivers.
